Carmen Haseltine

Carmen was born in Baton Rouge, LA and completed her B. Sc. in Electrical Engineering at Louisiana State University on a TOPS Performance full scholarship. She has years of industry experience in Power System Protection and Control as well as Grid Operations and Analysis. Over time she has developed tools to aid in the enhanced operation of the power system and hopes to refine these skills through doctoral pursuit under the guidance of Professor Line Roald.
